wd external hard drive usb not working

Hi can anybody know how to fix WD external harddrive acctuall my usb of harddrive is crashed and not working . And when i opened it i saw 12 pin .6pin parallel to each other . When searched for that pin i couldn't find pin for that can any body tell me how can i fixed it.
