Question WD External HDD has a red arrow in Disk Management and says it's "Unallocated" ?

Dear Experts

I have got a 1TB WD External HDD and when I connect it to different Windows 10 computers and different USB ports it has a red arrow in Disk Management and says "Unallocated". I tried different USB cables as well.

I shucked it from the enclosure but I realized I can't hook it up to my desktop dock.
What should I do to recognize it without losing data ?

what was the external case? could have some hardware encryption.

Unfortunately, it looks like the USB-SATA bridge is built into the PCB for the drive.

If it's recognized by BIOS and Device Manager as well as Disk Management you can try some of many programs for retrieving data.
