guys which should I go for?

WD Green 240GB SATA III Solid State Drive (SSD)

Or

A 1TB hard Drive. The green SSD is cheaper than the 1tb hard Drive though.

Please help me which to pick.

Btw im a gamer not a editer so I want the best for gaming. Tell me ur opinion and help me. Thx

Neither of them in my opinion. The SSD will offer fast load times, but won't hold many games. While the 1TB offers 4 times the capacity, given the price of higher capacity drives it's hard to recommend.

Is the SSD for game storage or for your main Windows Drive?
I personally like some games on my SSD - because of access times/load times are better.
All depends really.

If your system has a Ryzen and modern motherboard, the newer boards use the SSD to make your HDD faster. StorMI

Guys these are my specs

Ryzen 5 2600, B450 motherboard, 1080ti 520 power supply, 8gb ram, 240GB SSD from kingston /1TB Hard Drive.

Ill be changing the cpu and the Motherboard and I will upgrade the ram in the future if u are wondering.

And now im getting a 2TB not 1TB. While im here I will send you all my specs links. I hope you guys can help me if there is anything wrong. I will keep the CPU though. So dont ask about it because it's temporary.

These are all my specs. Like I said i will change the cpu in the future so as the ram to 16GB. But thats that for now. Btw is it worth buying this instead of the Silver SSD?

Do you already have an SSD for your boot drive? If you already have one, got with an HDD, if not buy the SSD and install windows on it
