Question WD Green SSD malfunctioning and freezing ?

I bought this 240 GB SSD from Western Digital (WDC WDS240G2G0A-00JH30) in July 2021 and at least until the end of March of this year, the SSD was not giving any problems. Since then, the SSD started having freezes, coming to the point where Windows itself wouldn't boot for days. After that period, I managed to enter on the operating system, but with some freezes and since then I can't enter through the SSD anymore, because now it freezes on boot. I can still access the SSD, but I have a lot of difficulty opening folders and files. I performed tests with the SSD in a partition on my HD where I also have a Windows 10 installation and in the results, part of the SSD works fine, while in other sectors it works very slowly (on average 2500 ms). I am sending attached files with the results of the tests I did.

I have already placed an RMA request with WD. Anyway, what could be causing this issue on the SSD?
