Hi,
I have system with
Processer: core 2 quad q9650
Motherboard: intel dg33fb mother
Ram: 4GB
3 hard drives: 1.5 TB combined

I have dual operating system installed Windows Xp pro 32 bit and Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit operating system installed. I bought a WD 2tb hard drive for storage. First i install it on windows 7 and setup it with 4 equal partitions with Partition Wizard Utility and its working fine. Now my problem is that when i boot into windows xp it is not showing the new hard drive and also not showing in Disk Manager. For your infor have already install 3 hard drives but on Windows 7 it works fine and not in XP. Help please....

I format it in MBR. Can it be 2TB limit issue of XP because i have 1.5 TB already in my system and adding 2 TB not supporting by XP? Is that limit applies on total storage or single hard drive?

The limit is per drive. My only other suggestion is to restart XP to see if it recognizes it. I had installed a secondary SSD which was not initially recognized by XP but later on I restarted and it was there (also a dual boot system).
