[SOLVED] WD life diagnostic error meaning.

I got an error while running a quick test. It WD blue 1000gb 7200rpm disk merely 5-month-old. My friend suggested it is a bad sector and I should replace my HDD. I do remember once accidental power cut while running caused windows to boot up in repair mode for 3 days. But once it's over I didn't experience any bad issues. Should I claim warranty or It is not much to worry about.

ERROR "06-Quick Test on drive 1 did not complete! Status code = 07 (Failed read test element), Failure Checkpoint = 102 (Unknown Test) SMART self-test did not complete on drive 1!"

I did the extended test. It says 4 bad sectors reported. The repair option says "you may lose data" Is there way to know how much data? What if it were system files? It could break my windows?

The drive failed WD testing, I would warranty it.
