My WD Blue M.2 Sata SSD is showing up in my bios but not in windows. I've checked device manager and have reseted my pc over 10 times. My specs are ASRock Fatal1ty B450 GAMING K4, GTX 1650, 16 GB of ram. I have updated the drivers and tried switching the M.2 Slots over and over.

First after all that change, remove the drive and reset your CMOS.

You do know that only one of your M.2 slots supports SATA -- the M2_2 slot, right? (1 x M.2 Socket (M2_2), supports M Key type 2230/2242/2260/2280/22110 M.2 SATA3 6.0 Gb/s ). The M2_1 slot ONLY supports NVMe.

If you have it in M2_2 and nothing else attached to SATA3_3 or SATA3_4, does the M.2 show up in diskpart? Run an elevated command prompt (right click run as admin) and then type:
diskpart
list disk
Does the M.2 device show up in the list?
