Open File Explorer and select the folder. Then right-click to select Properties. Click the Security tab's Advanced button.

In "Advanced Security Settings" you need to click the Change link, in the Owner's field.

Select the Advanced button then the "Select User or Group" click the Find Now button.

Click ok On the "Select User or Group" page then apply and ok.
