Hi, I'm considering to buy WD MyBook 4TB (Prod. #: WDBBGB0040HBK-SESN) as my backup drive, but the drive as default formatted with exFAT.

My question is, since my OS is Linux Mint, is it safe (and will it work on my PC) if I formatted the drive with NTFS, since I want it work also on my TV which refused other than NTFS?

Thank you in advance.
