WD My Boook 4tb defrag

How do I defrag my WD My Book 4tb, it's not a live version and is formatted in NTFS. everything I find online says it does its own maintenance but its 35% fragmented and running horribly.

Is there a defrag option in its maintenance menu?

I defragment external drives per need basis http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/improve-performance-defragmenting-hard-disk#1TC=windows-7.
