WD - My Passport 0748 USB Device

Drive is appearing as USB at extreme down the right corner, i can see it in device manager which also say that device is working properly. But i can't access my data because drive doesn't show up on My Computer page.
Need support to make it work.

Did it work before? Was is dropped or damaged? Does it work in another system? Does it show up in Disk Manger with an active partition? If it does, you may just need to assign it a drive letter there.
