Help! My WD My Passport 4TB hard drive isn't being recognized by my Xbox One. Power light is extremely dim, but on. What should I do?

It is probable that the drive has failed. You can try a different USB cable and see if it performs differently on another system. But, the odds are, it has physical issues requiring professional data recovery services.
