WD my passport help!

Hi i have a 2.5 wd External hd and my computer wont detect it. its not showing up in disk management or my computer when pluged in, the lights are on and the harddrive is still spinning and sounds fine. would like to know what possible fixes are there to this.

Have you tried plugging it to other USB ports on your PC ?

yeah i tried all available ports

btw model is western digital my passport essential 2.0 usb

Try it on another PC,if it doesn't work,then RMA it
