WD My Passport is not accessible

My WD My Passport external drive has become inaccessible. I followed this thread and it helped-

There is no entry for File System in disk management for the lost drive (accessible ones show NTFS).

How can i recover data without deleting volume/ formatting?

However, if it's very important to you, I'd recommend to turn to a professional data recovery company straightaway. They are costly, but they are your best chance at getting at least most of your data back. Especially if the third-party software apps couldn't help.

After testing the drive with the extended test in Data LifeGuard Diagnostics, let me know what the results show.
