WD my passport ultra does not appear on my comp

Hello ,
the problem is I cant access the drive on any pc and laptop anymore.
Its just 3 months old. I was using it with my tv . I had only media files on it. And it was working on everything ( pc ,laptop,tv).
And than yesterday ... in my tv shows that the drives name is changed to time machine 2, shows no files.
On pc it does not appear on my computer.
But appears on disk management (cant change the drive letter ,tried im cmd too, but it has no letter in device manager) and devices and printers. Troubleshooting says ,that device works properly. Also there is beeping sound whe Im connecting it to usb. Also it shows on eject media storage.
When connected light goes on and i can feel little vibration inside ,so its running.
Dont know what to do. Because it feels like its not the warranty case.And i dont want to lose data. And the drive always was by the tv and has never been dropped or something like that.
Maybe I did something with tv remote , because when i woke up I was sleeping on it ?
And in disk management i have just to options - delete volume ,help.
and when right clicking on disk 1 name - convert to dynamic disk ,offline ,properties,help.
It shows that disk is 100 % free. Maybe its some wd files missing?
Im using windows 8 pro os.
Passed WD lifeguard diagnostics quick test.

Test it with WD testing software again but use the Long/Extended test this time. Drives often pass the short test but fail the extended one because it's more thorough in it's testing routines.

The problem is kinda resolved.
In disk manager I took delete volume option , then simple new volume, then next next ..... and assigned the letter. Problem is that i had to format drive. But ok atleast it works. And all this because of LG tv time machine 2 function ,which formated disk in weird format. I hope it will work for some time now

Hi there Breigauer,

It's good that you sorted this out. Yeah, it a common thing for devices like TVs, gaming consoles, etc. to change the format of an external drive.
In case you haven't saved data on it(just formatted it), and you need the data that was stored on it(it sounds that way), you can try using some data recovery software. Just keep in mind to save the recovered data on another HDD in order not to overwrite the data on the external one.

Unfortunatetly I have overwritten some files. But thats ok , atleast disk is ok.
