Hi there nashrocks007,
Sorry that you are facing some issues with your WD drive.
You should really provide some more information on the issue you are facing.
Do you have data stored on the drive? Is it under warranty?
The drive is powering up/spinning right? I guess you can start with something simple as just using a different USB cable as well as USB port. You can even connect it to a different computer.
In case the issue persists, you need to go to Disk Management and see if the drive appears over there and how.
If there is something wrong with its partitions and/or file system, you may need to use some data recovery software in order to retrieve the data stored on it:

After that, you can test the drive with WD's DLG tool(both short and extended tests) and see if there is something wrong with it.
If the drive is not recognized by Disk Management, then you can:
- Just RMA the drive if under warranty. You can contact the place you got it from or WD's Support.
- In case the data stored on it is crucial, you will need to contact a data recovery company. You can check WD's Data Recovery Partners out.
