WD passport error

Trying to back up to my wd passport which has worked in the past, I am now getting an error message - cant' find the file specified error 0x8007002

If you just open the drive in from My Computer, can you see the files and get to them?

Yes, but it hasn't backed up since August.

Select a new file name then to back up to, or a new directory.
