How to connect 4.0 TB WD RED NAS hard drive with my desktop via USB or SATA kindly help?

the 4.0 TB WD RED NAS hard drive is like every other drive, plug a sata cable and power cable into it and your good to go. If your wanting USB then you will need to get a external case that has a external power source to power the drive or buy a docking station.

Have tried connecting using SATA interface but is doesn't show up. event the SATA to USB connector could not detect the Hard drive.
Can you help?

Have you checked disk management to see if the 4TB drive is there?

For windows 10
click File Explore -> right click this PC -> in popup window click mange -> on left side of screen click disk management.

Once you click on disk management a popup window may come up set the drive to GPT, MBR only works up to 2TB drives
