WD Security or Bitlocker?

Hi,


I have just bought a WD My Passport Ultra for backing up data, and it comes with a program called "WD Security" for encrypting the drive.

I was just wondering whether anyone has had any experience with this, and which was better out of this program and the built in Windows BitLocker for both compatibility (IE with other operating systems, I occasionally use Mac OS X and Windows XP; but rarely), and of course security.

Hey, thanks for this. I read this before posting, however wasn't sure if this was just biased (because the post was written by a member of WD staff), so wanted some "real-life" user experiences, if possible 😛
