[SOLVED] WD SN720 - which one is the controller chip??

I am trying to attach a tiny 14mmX14mm heat sink on the controller only. And having trouble spotting the controller without removing the sticker. Can you please take a look at the photo of the chips and find the controller chip for me?

Square chip is controller.
Small chip (SK Hynix) is dram, larger chips are nand flash.
