Hello, I could use some help please:
WD USB 3 drive not recognized Windows 10 connected to USB hub 3
If I connect direct to the computer it works

What is the make and model of your USB hub? See if the same issue happens when pairing the hub to a donor system and the HDD(in question).

Also, make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your platform and then see if reinstalling your chipset/USB drivers helps.

Did you connect the hub to a blue USB 3 port?
