WD vs Seagate Hard Drive, which to buy?

Any main differences I should be considering that I may be overlooking between these two drives?
WD has been my main drive manufacturer I've gone to for years..
But the price difference between the two is definitely making me consider Seagate...
Considering that they're almost identical in specs but VERY different price points..
The drive will be for storing some films and a LOT of games (I already max my 2tb WD Green on a regular basis) ... My operating system and applications will be on my SSD so those aren't a factor.

WD is more reliable.

Go WD black they are some of the best on the market. I have WD 640GB blacks still running from many years ago.​

Well, I can say that Apple trusts Seagate as it's one of their goto hard drives. However, WD has always been reliable in my book. It comes down to warranty at this point. I know WD has a great warranty process, but not sure about Seagate. I don't hear too many good things about them. If you can afford the WD, then get its, but I do see your point. The Black label is meant to be the highest tier with WD.

It's all recommendation.

Stick with WD my friend.

Seagate pulls you in with cheaper prices for one very important reason - - they are manufactured to a lower quality than WD drives.

Trust me, I speak with experience of using both those brands.

I've wasted a considerable amount of money being tempted by Seagate's lower prices.
If ever there was an excellent example of "false economy", Seagate drives are just that.

Whenever I need to replace a hard drive, it's always WD for me now.
