wd1tb xternal hard disc is not working

i have a wd 1tb external hard disc it's not showing in my computer but in device manager it's looking with question mark i have very important wedding videos data in it how can I get my data back tell me please..

it's most likely just a driver issue go to wd site and download the latest 32bit driver-install and reboot with external attached
