WDDM Drivers Needed

I have a AMD A4-6300 processor and a AMD Radeon XFX HD-6750 675X-ZD graphics card. Im trying to find the WDDM for windows 7. I have downloaded it once before, but i dont know from where, if someone can send me a link for the driver, id appreciate it
