Hello,
I am currently running into an issue with WDS on a Windows server 2012 Datacenter edition. The WDS server is running on Vsphere but the DHCP/DC server are running on a standalone Physical box. Booting to it from a client PC (hardware on same subnet) I am having intermittent issues with it not being able to find the WDS to boot to. 3/5 times it will fail. On the WDS it self I am running Vmware Workstation to build the images and I am able to boot just fine to the WDS essentially from itself. Also note: I have set up 3 other WDS servers that all function famously. The sole difference is that the WDS AND DHCP/DC reside on VSPHERE in all of the other environments.
