[SOLVED] WDS100T2B0A Have DRAM or not?

I cannot find a definitive answer. Some places say yes, others say no. Some charts say only the 250 and 500 GB drives do. Another (Which i cant seem to find again) says 1TB and 2TB do as well.

Anyone know? lol

Yes, the all of the WD Blue have DDR3 DRAM.

IIRC, the 250GB has 256MB, the 500GB has 500MB and so on.

Can you provide a model number? Often there will be reviews with photos of the PCB.

The 1B0A SSD has two DRAMs. I don't know how the 2B0A version differs, though.
