So I changed a ryzen 3600 for a ryzen 5800x and this message popped up:
We detected a new processor which will change the data/structure of the storage space for firmware TPM.
If you did not apply TPM function press Y to continue, otherwise follow instructions below:
Press Y to reset fTPM, if you have bitlocker or encryption enabled, the system will not boot without a recovery key.
Press N to keep previous fTPM record and continue system boot, fTPM will NOT enable in new processor, you can swap back to the old processor to recover TPM related keys and data

I didn't even know about bitlocker before so I don't think i've activated it. However, when I try to use the N option, I cannot log in to my Windows account.
Instead of the box in which you write your password appears a message saying: "hubo un problema y el pin no está disponible", something like there has been a problem and pin isn't enabled.

So the question is: Is it safe to press the Y option? If yes Why doesn't it let me log in without doing it? (I just would like to know) if not What should I do? (step by step please because I'm pretty dumb).

Some extra data:
The SSD where the system is in is a samsung 970 evo plus.
The motherboard is an x570 tuf gaming WiFi. I updated the BIOS about one year ago.

Press Y (it may restart a few times but it should boot)

it should be fine, its cause the ftpm is on the CPU
Windows Hello AKA the PIN is stored on the ftpm

removing old CPU took password away. Reseting the ftpm will mean password is on it and PIN will work again. I didn't even think about it when I swapped.

I did it myself a month or so ago
3600xt to 5800x3d (similar mb & same ssd)
