and I dont see under $50 is a good idea ... generally people waiting for gifts expect more than that in the $200 range .. $50 is easy to earn.

Maybe my family was in the minority. but when I was younger, I NEVER got a gift worth $50, much less $200.

Obviously there are plenty of expensive tech gifts, but most of those kinds of things should be relatively obvious, and most people probably aren't going to buy only high value gifts for everyone. Especially when it comes to gifts for friends, coworkers, and so on.

lol .. well $200 is Average where I grew up ... my family Holiday gifts ranged from full consoles to mobile phone , Bicycles , ipods (and sony walkman before that), Cameras , Lego , car / train / planes Models , and sport gears (most expensive) etc ..

it is once a year and worth the wait. $50 ? come on , work in the library you can earn $50 in no time.
