[SOLVED] weak GPU vs powerful CPU?!

so I'm about to get some upgrade but there is a but
basically I can afford only to buy 3 new hardware such is;
1 ) a new motherboard
2 ) a new CPU
3 )( a new memory ram
everything else I already have
and is totally compatible with my new build
so basically my GPU will have a new CPU more powerful
right now my GPU works with a FX 8350 CPU
the video card is a MSI RX 570 Gaming X 4GB
I'm wondering how that GPU will works with a Intel i7 9700K

The wording here is important, and incorrect though the point is right.
No, that GPU is not "too weak" for the processor, that would indicate there would be some sort of issue by using this paring.
The GPU is the weak point, which only means a large potential for upgrade. The slight wording change carries a lot of weight.

Erm, we can't really say that without knowing the resolution and refresh rate of the monitor, and whether it has GSync, FreeSync, or neither.

If, say, OP is running 1920x1080 (or lower) that maxes out at 60Hz, then it's a complete waste to get either of those video cards.
