Question Weak PSU?

Hey

I have some problem of FPS drops sometimes, like, if I am watching a video while playing a game on my other screen, the game can start lagging. With my setup, this shouldn't be happening in my opinion. I am running a 3 screen setup and a 520W PSU

CPU: i7 8700k
GPU: 1080TI
RAM: 16GB 3000Mhz
PSU: 520w

It's a little light on power , and poor quality. Usually doesn't cause this type of issue.
