I'm a level 13 Tauren druid. I made my way all the way to the
undercity to see Archibald so I could get training in double-handed
swords, but when I talked to him, all he offered was daggers. I
bought them, but he won't offer me any other training (window is
blank). Do I need to be a higher level or can my race\class not use
swords? Thanks in adavance!

all they can use is 1h/2h maces, daggers and staves. No swords, axes, bows,
guns, crossbows, polearms, fist, or thrown.

Everyone gets the same slots. No point in designing a seperate paper doll
window for each individual class...and they'd pretty much need to do that,
considering how few classes actually use all of the existing ones.
Warriors, Rogues, Hunters are it. Everyone else has a gap, either in the
shield/offhand slot, or the ranged slot.

Plus of course, quest items like the ghostbuster gun.
