Weather affects ping?

Solution

I just meant that your ISP may be having service issues. Might just be worth calling them and asking if everything is working on their end.
Electronics have an upper and lower temperature limit, and subcomponents may behave differently when close to (or exceeding) either limit. Most modern hardwired industrial communication networks should be able to function reliably at as low as -40 degrees C.

Well I recently changed to windows 10 but I disabled everything I should to don't have any of those kind of issues with ping.
But today I got around 150ping while playing games my average ping was around 60 I got a second pc aswell and I get the same ping there so can't be windows problem.I'm trying to figure out if it's router/weather problem. My local HICN are some really old ones so I thought that is maybe rain/cold causing my ping to raise.

Ping mostly depends on distance to server. It is the time taken for the signal to reach the 'server' and return to your 'client' device.

Ping will be different in different games because the server location and capability will affect it.

Possibly you were playing on a different server? Possibly there was too much load on the server and hence it was lagging in its' response to clients.

Are you on a wired connection?
