Web browsers will not open

When I click on any of my web browsers, they open for a few seconds and then just close. Firefox and internet explorer both send crash reports but chrome does not. All three work perfectly fine in safe mode with networking. I've tried using TDS killer but that also doesn't work. Unsure what to do at this point.

Update: Browsers will open on other users accounts, perhaps something to do with permission?

Sounds of signs of malware.

I would run malwarebytes, adaware removal tool and anti virus scans, and then perform some general maintenance with CCleaner. Run the browser clean up and registry scans.

If that all fails to resolve the issue. You can manually reset each browser to its default settings. See if that helps.
