how to get cam drivers for Sony Vaio PCG-4L1M not working with skype telling me to buy web cam and i already have a built in one

A built-in webcam should appear in Control Panel>Device Manager but if it has a yellow mark beside it, right click the device and form the Properties page se3lct Driver then click the update Driver button and let the system find a new one. Then, in Skype, under Tools>Options>Video, make sure it shows up as the default device.
