web cam problems

i cant figure out how to pll up my web cam on my new dell it has windows seven i am wanting to take pics please help

what is your web cam model.

type your webcams name in the search bar in your start menu. click on it and it should open.make sure your drivers are installed.it doesnt show up in programs?
