[SOLVED] Web Camera upside down: is there any registry gimmick?

Hi,
I have a laptop Asus K52Dr and with Windows 10 the camera is working but upside down.
Is there a registry entry that rotates the camera of 180° please?
I could use a third party software (like ManyCam) to rotate it but I was wondering if I could fix this issue at the root of the problem (I tried uninstalling it, then Windows update, then driver from Asus etc etc... none worked out).

Registry edits are a last resort.

Registry edits should only be attempted if the problem computer/laptop has both a full registry backup and the computer plus all data is fully backed up.

Start by verifying that the applicable camera driver was installed and correctly configured.

Another place to look is:

"WIN" + "I" > Privacy > Camera.

There could already be an app "using" the camera and that app may be turning the image upside down.

Brilliant, I found the setting to rotate the camera with "Win + I" then "Privacy " then "camera" and lastly "camera settings"
