Hi guys. I am reposting this thread to this forum section because I can't find a forum topic that is meant for these kinds of problems. This is the original thread:
Hey guys. I've been trying to solve a very, VERY aggravating problem for a long, long time. It seems that certain elements of webpages and other online programs don't work in certain aspects. I think it had something to do with flash, but installing various updates and uninstalling/reinstalling my flash didn't do anything to aid the issue. At one point in time, updating my graphics driver made it work for a few minutes, but I doubt there's a connection. I'll supply some pictures to display this issue.

It even acknowledges that I pressed the button, and that I'm in the 21-40 section.
Yet it stays the same list.
Additionally, if I press any button on the steam store's page, like the next 20 button, after pressing that, I can no longer press anything else, I have to reload the "Featured" page to interact with anything again, like clicking on a game to view its store page. It's very, very weird.
If I don't refresh it, my cursor does not change to:

When I hover over something I should be able to click.
