[SOLVED] Webcam and Elmo Document Camera Issues

I am trying to help a teacher with his online classroom setup. When he uses Google Meet with his webcam and then tries to use an Elmo Document Camera the microphone on the webcam gets muted. I can't find a reason why this is taking place.
