webcam ap? isn't where i can see ow to open camera?

I no longer have anyway of opening my webcam after having my Fujitsu a-series cleared.What can i do/

Re-install the OS

Start > Right click on Computer > Properties. To the side, you will see Device Manager, click on it. Here you will see all your drivers, check to see if there are any missing drivers from your webcam or graphics card.
