Webcam cannot stop

After installing few unknown software my webcam being on again and again randomly 10 times in a minute.
Please help what can i do.

What do you mean by "few unknown software" and why did you install them if you would define them as "unknown"? Download Malwarebytes and scan your PC. If an infection is found, let Malwarebytes remove it. After doing this install a good antivirus like Avast.

ok i will try to check infection by malwarebytes then trying to tell what was the problem.thanks
