Question webcam flashes what can i do

I just bought a new webcam for my pc. But as when i tested is it flashes. I tried it on an another pc and it worked so ihas to be something on my pc. What can i do?

Is the webcam flashing on and off or it is flickering?
Open the Camera app and try changing the video quality and/or flicker rate (50Hz or 60Hz).

Does it happen on both USB 2 and USB 3 ports?
Did you install the chipset drivers from motherboard manufacturer website?
Try updating the display drivers.

it is flickering it happens os both usb 2 and 3 ports i updated the display drivers but it still doesnt work

yes i did it got a liitle bit better but its still really bad
