Hi,
I recently tried two USB webcam (all installation free and 1080p). Both of them work fine on my laptop but flickers a LOT on my pc. They will flicker for a good 20 seconds and crash the windows camera app. I tried changing the quality all the way down to 480p or refresh rate from 60 to 50 hz and it improves a little bit but still has issue. I tried privacy setting, usb power setting, switching between different USB ports, upgrading the windows camera driver. None of these solution works. Very frustrated. Please help.
the PC that doesn't work with WebCam:
Windows 10 Pro
Intel Core i3-10100 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor
Gigabyte B460M DS3H Micro ATX LGA1200 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
Western Digital Blue 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Zotac GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4 GB GAMING Twin Fan Video Card
SeaSonic S12III 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
the laptop that works fine :
Windows 10
Intel i5-5300U 2.3GHz
no independent GPU
Help needed.
