Question Webcam led is on for no reason

Hello there,
I have an issue, when in bing.com i'm watching a vidéo (through bing), my webcam led is turning on, it seems very strange. If i watch the vidéo on the source (youtube for exemple), i have the same problem. I tried several web browser and i still have the same issue. And in the setting, in the websites permissions, webcam is of not allowed.
Do you have the same issue or is it only me ? How could i find why it's doing that ?

Thanks, i found the problème it was the maxx audio pro (audio manager for dell pc) that was usuing the camera to track my head because, there is an option where it can set the volume left hear- right hear depending how my head is turned.

No, not really, but i think it dont do it with the default settings. I had issue, then yesterday i reinstalled drivers and Maxx Audio Pro. You can see the option in the software but if you dont open it, they are not telling it.
