Go to Sony Support page and try to find for your sony vaio vgn-cs34gh driver for win 7 for your web cam. Hopefully they made one. I had same problem with my Asus laptop when i upgraded to Win 7 Asus didnt have drivers but after a while they made them for my web cam.
