Does anyone know how, or what program is needed to make webcam captures from
webcamnow?

If you want some pictures from there purely for self educational knowledge
You could use Psp to capture them or SnagIt should work,,, anything that
defines the area, they're just still jpg's copyrighted by the site.

Try hypercam for capturing video from webcamnow will give you a continuous
recording
