Webcom not functional

My dell webcom is not working. It is a dell vostro 1510 laptop with Window 7
Service Pack 1. Please help me with software drive.

Start ---> Right Click on Computer ---> Click Manage ---> Select Device Manager from left panel of window that opens ---> See if there are any missing drivers.
