Webpage not loading correctly

Sometimes when I go on a website, the page looks distorted and the UI looks very messed up. I have tried clearing the cache, using a different browser, I have even went under some ISP changes recently, but I noticed that hasn't fixed it either. Also, I recently upgraded to windows 11, still didn't fix it. Nothing is working, and when I am on a website that requires constant refreshing, it tends to mess up a lot.

What you're seeing looks like the CSS and JavaScript files aren't being loaded. If multiple browsers do this, then the only thing I can think of is there's an issue with the network adapter. You could see if there's a driver update for it.

Went to device manager and it says they’re both up to date. It’s “Intel(R) 1211 Gigabit Network Connection and Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160 MHz” so im not sure if maybe there’s drivers online for it. But just from device manager it says it’s updated.

For the Ethernet adapter: https://www.intel.com/content/www/u...tel-ethernet-controller-i211at/downloads.html

For the Wi-Fi card: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/189347/intel-wifi-6-ax200-gig/downloads.html

Another thing you could take a look at is if you have a spare 4+GB USB stick, load a Linux distro on it and use it in live mode (this won't install the OS, but let you use it). If web pages start loading correctly, then there may be something off about your Windows install.

Tried downloading the driver, but I cant seem to find a windows 11 version for it, only 10.

It says it isnt compatible with this OS
The installer is probably blocking it, but you might be able to force install it by having the installer unpack everything, find out where it unpacked the contents (usually C:\Intel), and using Device Manager to update the drivers that way. If that doesn't work, then sure, we can give up on this lead.

Either way, the only other thing I can think of is the software configuration in the computer is weird, and I have no idea where to even start. So the only thing I could suggest here is reinstalling the OS or as I mentioned earlier, load up a live Linux distro.

Usually this happens when you don't get the CSS file from the web server for some reason. Normally clicking the browser reload works. Sometimes I have had to wait 10 minutes for the site to work properly, and then clicking Reload.

Ah! And that would test the OP's network adapter? But with a different OS and browser?
