Website for building a custom end game gaming pc (living in saudi arabia)

Hello! as the title says i willing to pay around 2600$ for a gaming PC that will run today's must end game and future ones but the problem is i live in the Saudi Arabia and shipping costs like hell and the parts here are almost double the price.

so whats the best website for parts or just building a PC online with the original price that can maybe ship to Saudi Arabia for free if possible or just cheap.

I am thinking of buying the small parts and buying a case here but i am still not sure.

or are there just websites that does offers for shipping to Saudi Arabia and such countries? TY!

Also if possible if some 1 can list a Gaming PC with that price would really appreciate it i have the parts in mind but i can always need help!

Really nice websites but sadly their products are kinda old for example one of the important parts i need is the GTX 780TI or even the GTX 780 but they dont have it sadly and other option?

Dude, i live in saudi arabia too and i have 3k$ to buy me a kickass gaming rig, but i don't really know where from. Big retailers like ebay and amazon have 'free international shipping' option on some products depending on the seller but does it work where we live??? i live in madina btw.
