My question is that if i buy a domain and host soe website on it....can i after sometime remove that website and again host some other on that domain name?

I wanted to ask if a buy a domain name and build a website on it. Can i rebuild that website after sometime?

Yes, of course. The domain name itself isn't bound to the files on your website. You can customize your website however you want.
