[SOLVED] Website to purchase prebuilds in Japan?

I have a friend living overseas in Japan who wishes to purchase a new computer for 1080p gaming + Twitch streaming.

So far she found a HP prebuild for ￥145,273 ($1,262.37 USD) with the following specs:

Intel core i7-10700F / 16GB 2933MHz / RTX 3060 Ti / 512GB NVMe SSD / 1TB 7200 RPM HDD.

I was hoping to help her find an Alder Lake 12th generation build with a core i5-12600K / RTX 3060 TI. Any recommendations for website(s) with prebuilds, or at least brand recommendations available over there, would be appreciated. Thank you.

There are computer shops that make custom config in Japan, they are located at places usually called "computer market" or "electronic town" in large cities.
